Owner’s Representative

The Parton Group has Associates who are
registered professional engineers with in-depth
experience in project design and execution.
While not an engineering firm, we understand
the requirements of project design and
execution and will serve as the owner’s
representative through the project design build-out and start-up.

We provide a professional interface with the
design engineering and construction firms to
assure that the project envisioned is the
project the Client receives. In addition to
technical oversight we provide monitoring and
reporting of construction progress for project
construction finance draws.
