Strategy Development

Once a project site has been selected we assist
the client in developing a procurement strategy
to ensure that the project will have the most
secure and lowest cost feedstock supply.
We establish with the client a timeline for rollout of the procurementstrategy from public announcements to hiring staff to contracting for feedstock supply.

We assist the client with examining the options
for internal procurement of feedstock,
outsourcing the feedstock supply to third parties
or a hybrid approach with the client providing




back-office functions. If the client opts for
internal sourcing we can conduct retained
searches on behalf of the client for qualified
procurement manager candidates.

For outsourced supply we identify the best
counter parties for the client’s projects and
facilitate meetings between the parties.
Additionally we assist the client in reviewing
project related contracts to insure that they
reflect the realities of the marketplace and to
assure that the pro forma of the project is
protected.
