Mario received a Forest Engineering and Forest
Products Five Year Degree (Equivalent to a
Bachelor degree plus Thesis) from the University
of Concepción, Chile in 1993. He has spent his career in business support of solid wood
products production.

Mario is responsible for the survey and analysis
of biomass sourced from forest and primary
manufacturing.

His career in the industry has included:

15 years of diverse experience in consulting
within manufacturing, environmental and
engineering disciplines in the U.S. and Chile.
He has strong analytical, communication and management skills and is bilingual in English
and Spanish.

He has analyzed the performance of lumber producers and projected industry performance parameters to estimate future conditions of the lumber industry.

Mario conducted market research related to the
veneer industry. He conducted a Logging and Hauling cost benchmarking study. He has
developed timber supply and demand studies in
multiple regions in the U.S.

He conducted market research for a leading
international trading company to determine
opportunities in the lumber business and the
engineered wood product industry. He
worked with landowners on site restoration
projects, forest management, land utilization
and environmental impact assessments.
